RETURNS

Holiday Returns: We are pleased to offer extended returns during your holiday shopping. All items (excluding final sale) purchased between 11/15 and 12/31 will be eligible for returns via our customer portal through 1/31.

Juicy Couture accepts returns of unworn merchandise with tags attached within 30 days of placing your order.

Returned products cannot be used, altered, or washed. Merchandise must be returned in its original condition, and accompanied by its original tags and packaging. Original shipping fees are not refundable. Customer is responsible for any return shipping costs.

Returns may take up to 5-7 days for processing once the package has been delivered. Please note that items sent back without a return authorization from returns.juicycoutures.net will take longer to refund. Any merchandise returned that does not meet our requirements will be denied. (Example: Footwear returned with damage to the shoebox, or without a box, will be returned to the customer.) 

In the event you were shipped the wrong item or a defective product, please contact us immediately.
